Mindful Walking

Here’s a link to a 9 minute mindful walking audio I made a few weeks ago.

While I talk about getting calm and grounded in the audio, I should note that mindful walking is a way to contact the present moment- it is a great way to get out of your head and into your life via awareness of walking. Becoming present to the walking instead of staying stuck to the mind’s incessant chatter.

When mindfully walking, we are aware of our 5 senses in-the-body experience. That’s where we actually live, so it is handy to be present in the body in the moment.
