One Workout For The Families
Get Some, Give Some
When I started training the Crossfit way a few weeks ago ago, besides loving the workouts and benefiting tremendously, I found a community of some of the finest people I’ve ever known.
On November 5th we lost four members of our community at Ft Hood. Less than a month later to almost everyone the Ft Hood shooting incident is old news.
However, It’s not going to be “old news” to the Ft Hood kids and families who have to buck up without their loved ones. That’s why a whole bunch of us Crossfit folks are showing up on Saturday to do something about it.
Even if you don’t do the workout yourself on Saturday, I’m asking my global community of friends and family to part with $20, about the cost of a movie and a snack, for the people who serve us. On Saturday, we will serve them one way or the other.
And it is so easy to get your $20 in that it’ll only take you two minutes to get it done.
Just click here and you will be taken to my donation page. Click now. Get it done, please.
That’s it, you just made a difference by being a part of the community that steps up, every single time one of our guys goes down. 100% of the net proceeds are going to support the families of Ft Hood. Thanks to the good people at Sportsgrants for donating their time and overhead to make this event happen.
