And what about Crossfit?

I got interested in Crossfit and actually started off and on in late summer. When I returned from visiting my new granddaughter Emaline and her mom and dad in Austin, TX, I made a commitment to strictly follow a Crossfit routine and a Paleo diet for 30 days. It felt so good and worked so well I am still going and I have no plan to stop.

So far, so good. I am leaner, lighter, faster, and stronger.

My clothes fit a lot better and are actually getting baggy. I’ll keep you posted on my progress.

  1. To share my experience, I started maintaining diet & continuing my WOD. When I firts started my Crossfit training @ crossfit akron, after a week I could get under the pipe I always wanted to go. 😀

    I am still maintaining the diet & Crossfit program.
    Because, I feel better.
