Hi Nicole-

I am glad you find the site helpful. Google "3-2-1 shadow" and you will find a lot about the actual technique I use with my clients. It is very simple but very powerful regarding shadow work.

I think it is harder to explain shadow work than to actually do it- but most of my clients seem to want an explanation of it. Jung is tough to read but there's a fellow Dr. Hollis from Houston, Texas who writes very clearly about Jungian shawod work stuff.

Good luck in your studies.

Thank you for such a well designed and well organised comprehensive website. Each section is so informative and left me wanting more information, but it pointed me in the right direction. It is so refreshing to "meet" a professional who is not afraid to look his clients in the eyes and remain himself. It is so comforting to read that you enjoy the challenge of using the right tools for the right person, thus offering tailor-made counseling that I thought only existed in my dreams. Thank you so much for restoring my faith in therapists.
I live in England and my best friend is one of your clients. She passed on your website address to research "Shadow work" which I am learning about at university: I am in my second year of psychology and enjoying every minute.
Thanks again for making this information available.
