I work a lot in health and fitness. I am not a surgeon, physical therapist, or endocrinologist– go see those people if you want help in those areas.

However,  I am a specialist in behavior change. And your health greatly influenced by your behavior.  Change your behavior and you will change your health.

Typical health and fitness issues we deal with in my office are body fat reduction, stress, sleep, fitness, chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, strength increase, functional fitness, diet, and a lot more!
